Recently, we saw SJP sporting a frock from Shipley and Halmos. Although we had definitely heard of the brand before then, it sparked our interest. Now...we are obsessed!
It isn't a very large collection but definitely a collection that is very nicely merchandised, tailored and well priced...It also hits the nail on the head with one of the largest trends. The designers of Shipley & Halmos, former designers of Trovata: Sam Shipley and Jeff Halmos, presented both men's and women's wear for their Fall 2008 show...it was refreshing, to say the least! Did they send inspired new looks down the runway? Not exactly, but the point is they sent a refined idea down the runway.
